How to stop corruption!

To dramatically reduce corruption, there is a suggestion, based on the situation in country like Bangladesh:

Finding the Root Cause:

Social corruption has become common because politicians are often involved in it. Politicians engage in corruption because they are not held accountable while in power.

Proposed Solution:

What if politicians could not be involved in any corruption??

The solution is to make it a prerequisite for taking any government oath to publicly disclose their personal income tax statements.

This could be the root solution to permanently stop corruption.

Why This Will Work:

The necessity for transparency creates accountability. Just as the monk Luca Pacioli developed the accounting equation to remove distrust in inventory calculations, transparency in personal assets can build trust.?

Similarly, if disclosing personal assets becomes a prerequisite for becoming an anti-corruption commissioner, it will dramatically reduce corruption across the nation.

This is also how people will become reluctant to get a BCS job! In Bangladesh, it is lucrative because it provides opportunities to commit crimes and ensures that they can be managed!
