How to STOP being ANXIOUS and LIVE life to the FULLEST

In psychology and organizational behavior, we have a certain tendency of behavior to follow known as the Automatic Cycle of Behavior. In this cycle of behavior, the following is the cycle:
1.?????An event, out of our control, takes place- which might make us sad/happy.
2.?????We have certain thoughts so as to why that happened and emotions arising from those thoughts.
3.????We take some actions, in the rush of those thoughts and emotions, without even thinking.
4.?????These actions lead rise to another set of events, which we are responsible for entirely.
So, we need to understand, that we need to break this cycle in order to stay away from taking automatic bad actions which will result to events we don’t want.
The point to note here is that we can only break from this cycle before the thoughts and emotions arise or before we take any actions. Once we take some actions, we cannot stop the consequent events from happening.
