It is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; Toughness. How many times did you stay positive during the critical times in your Life. It is not easy task to remain tough and confident during the challenging times just like entire world is undergoing the #pandemic situations since past 2 Years.
Is it really important to stay resilient in Life mainly during the challenging times of life?
Yes , By staying Positive and Resilient we can look out for a accurate solution for the problem or issue we are facing , failing which we will make the situation more panic and worse than the original situation itself.
How to Practice the Resilience in Life ?
Here are few tips that can help an individual practice the #Resilience in Life . It takes consistent effort and dedication to master this skill.
- Develop a Self Love and Self Confidence gradually : Never underestimate your capability and Also Never feel low about self compared to others.
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships. Family Bonding is equally Important to fight tough times in life, The stronger the bonding is , the quicker is the resolution or fix to the issues .
- Show Gratitude & Appreciations regularly : Develop the Growth Mindset and #Gratitude of what you have with you rather than worrying about what you dont
- Every Coin has two sides : See the Big Picture of the situations or things in life, Positive and Negative go hand in Hand. Never feel worried about #Negative things just accept it and look for a way out to resolve it and transform into Positive vibes.
- Proactivity is the Key , Rather than Reactive practice the skill of Proactiveness which can help analyze the impacts well in advance and help you be prepared for the situations to be faced and sometimes it may help avoid few tough situations from happening.
- Accept : Change : Monitor : Accept the situation , change the situation and if cannot be changed lookout for alternative solutions and keep monitoring the progress
- Take a long-term view and keep in mind a broader context : Always have a big picture and long term goals/plans in place to succeed in life, you can break key milestones into Short-Term goals but the Long-Term goals must always be achievable with efforts and capabilities you possess.
- Stop Comparison : Never waste your valuable time just by comparing with others, Try to become a better version of yourself day by day.
- Unlearn & Relearn : This should be regular practice in life, over the course of time we must #UNlearn few outdated things and #Relearn the Updated stuffs, like technology and Process , Keep yourself Up-to-date with the ever changing world to survive in the competitive environment
- Take Regular Breaks : Taking break is very critical to recharge and boost our Mental and Physical abilities, Dont stress too much on something for a longer period of time just break it
- Do Meditate : Regularly practice the art of mindfulness and Meditation consciously. Yoga and Meditation are two key aids in life to help us stay Resilient in any situation
