How to start a new day with energy

First of all, wake up earlier. It'll prevent you from becoming stressed, it'll allow you to do any of the things below, and waking up earlier makes you feel in control of your day, your mind and your life. Smile. This is probably the easiest and most effective way to start your day off right. When your alarm goes off, immediately sit up and smile. Smile as big as you can. It's okay if it feels forced. Studies show that even a fake smile makes you happier. Hydrate. Drink a full glass of cold water. It'll rehydrate you after 8 hours without water, and kickstart your day (<30 secs).
Make your bed. You will not feel anything immediately but your subconscious mind gets the feeling of some accomplishment.This will indirectly motivate you to do other productive works. It also does wonders for how your room looks, and when you want to go to sleep, your bed is already made (<5mins) Gratitude. Write down three things you're grateful for that happened to you recently (recollection), or will happen to you in the future (anticipation) (5-10 mins).
Meditate (10-20 mins). It'll help you clear your thoughts and become calmer. It'll also help your goals for the day to become a lot clearer. Last but not least: You'll be able to control your mind and you emotions in the long run. Recommended: Calm.com & Headspace. Journal. Write down your thoughts on paper. Don't think about what you write, just write. Don't organize either. Just write for 10-15 mins. It'll help you clear your thoughts, become more focused during the day.
Exercise. Doing something that makes you sweat first thing in the morning while everybody else is still waking up/asleep, will make you more confident and controlled in your life than ever. Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room and your exercise clothes over it. Exercising will help you have more energy, a better mood and a better looking body & face (less acne, less fat). Take a cold shower. All the way cold. It'll boost your energy, your confidence and your mental clarity. Read 10-20 pages of a good book. Nonfiction is preferred, a book that may help you become better at life even more.

Optimism.. love for life..I really look forward to a new day..I guess it helps if you are naturally a morning person and for those who are not, trust me get out of your bed one day and see the rising sun.. feel and breathe the cool air.. and you will really look forward to getting up early. Another thing that can drive you or at least drives me to get up early is that you get more bang for your buck.. you can finish a whole lot of your activities and still there's a lot of time left in the day.
It helps if you love some sport.. playing early morning is great for your metabolism and there's a great sense of positive energy through out the day. Well I can go on.. but to put it in short.. try it.. you will love it. The desire to do something more than what I have already done. To be of some help to the lesser fortunate. To hope for something better for me than what I already have,not in terms of materialistic pleasures,but mental and physical health. And where do I get the energy from every morning.
The above answer complements to this,apart from physical energy which can be gained … Firstly on waking,one should have 2 glasses of warm water. this makes the organs get into action. This could be followed by a healthy breakfast consisting high protein low carbs and garnished with abundant veggies. For those who can be satisfied with green tea,can drink some herbal green tea,else whatever one prefers otherwise.. A small helping if a single fruit could just serve the purpose.Avoid sugary and preserved fruit juices.
Life is short. You need to live fully to it. What drives me in life is the determination of getting myself better than I was yesterday. That rage, courage to achieve the goal I ever sat makes me get up of bed. Make sure what it is you want, make a plan and work on it and when you get up, say it to yourself Someday, Yeah! Someday I am going to achieve every goal. Never give up on your dreams, because no one remembers the person who gives up. Cheers!
