Microsoft is testing out a new energy-saving feature that shuts down your gaming console at times when you are unlikely to use it.

1. Current sleep mode on appliances let them wake up quickly, so users don't have to wait too long ; but the system never really shuts off and continuously consumes energy.
2. A more "active" mode identifies periods during which the appliances are unlikely to be used and can therefore be switched off completely ; this could help save energy.

Due to stricter regulations to protect the environment and increasing challenges to secure energy supplies, energy efficiency is becoming a key topic, not only in industrial processes, but also in the transportation and construction sectors.

2. Fast response from ChatGPT: i.e. no throttling.
3. As many prompts as needed: i.e. at least 2x the regular daily limit.

Finding a source of revenue is key to ensure the tool’s long-term viability.
