How to start a day with fresh morning vibes

For starters, wake upon time i.e. before sunrise. Take bath everyday even if you don't want to, you have to then do some yoga and meditation for 10 mins followed by a jog or a run for about 10 mins a day to charge your batteries well. Of course listen to some songs on your headphones while jogging which is really exciting, very cool and make you a good head start for the day. Remember to read at least one positive thought in the morning as a practice.
And if you want to feel freshness, you need to give your body proper nutrition at the right time. As a result, every part of your body will be awake and active. But there are a few ways to feel freshness in the morning. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep at night. This will give your body enough rest to start all over again. Try to go to bed a little early at night, so that you wake up automatically at the right time in the morning. You will see that you do not have to use the alarm clock. It is a very organic process.
It is proven that as soon as you wake up in bed, rub the palms well and put them over your eyes, you can feel that your brain is active. In the morning our metabolic system stays down. So we should eat something in the morning, especially water or banana is the best for that time. Then after exercising, you can have a heavy breakfast like yourself. Many people around the world die every day, thank mother nature after waking up in the morning, because you are still alive. It should be done by all of us. If you do these few things, you will see that you feel very good in the morning. Do this for a month and you’ll get your result.
Do you know we should prepare for everything we need to achieve in life, this is also the same. So first of all to prepare your body to feel fresh in the morning you should go to sleep at the same time every-night. Finish your dinner two to one hour before going to bed, after 6pm drink less water, maximum 2–3 glass, keep that smartphone away from your bed and do not watch tv before going bed rather do something which eases your mind and helps you to sleep better like having quality time with your loved ones or reading a book or writing a journal or anything which helps your body and mind to cool down. Go to bed. See yourself next morning all fresh as a newly bloomed flower.
So, Good Morning! now try to wake up at a fixed time everyday. Try to wake up early. You know first four hours of sunrise are the magical hours when miracles happen, best poetry emerges. If you are habituated to wake up at 7 am everyday, try to wake up at 6am, gradually making a habit to wake up at 5 am. I wake up daily at 4 am and this has changed my life. After you wake up immediately have a warm glass of water. Take little sips from your glass standing on your verandah or garden breathing in the natural fresh air or the morning.

A warm glass of water instantly boosts your metabolism which sends signal to your body that the day has started and it also has to start its works. After 2 to 3 days you will notice how your body reacts to this habit, it will immediately urge your body to go to the washroom, because it will know by then that it needs food and therefore it needs to clean itself. One thing I can assure you that if your inner body is fresh and healthy you will automatically feel fresh. After coming from the washroom eat a banana. Banana boosts the mood and since I started having one in the morning,
I felt less cravings all day as banana is a very good opener for the food system of the day as Sachin for the cricket. Now if you are a music lover go for fresh soothing morning playlists for an extra aid of motivation to inject a freshness into your mind. What I do in the morning is that I read from some good books, may be one or two paragraph or write my journal about my health and the current ongoing with me. Having this self-reflection in the morning air helps a lot to think more and focus upon the positive sides of my life and brings out more creative and positive way outs from my everyday problems.
I had to go through so many trials to learn this things and now finally I am doing well. I am exercising in the morning after the banana which helps my body to give instant energy after that 6 hours long break and I feel fresh and energetic to exercise and therefore I got the key to boost up my body and mind both. Oh, yes, Banana does not make you fat at all. I used to believe that and indulged myself into ‘weight loss foods’ but I was overweight then. Now I eat 3 bananas a day at different times as snack and I am feeling light and losing weight.
Moreover make a habit to wake up at a certain time which makes your body think that you are a healthy person who maintains the times and rules, therefore it will bounce back to achieve that state and prepare yourself to feel fresh from the previous night. Do not have a heavy dinner which will indulge your digestive system queasy and busy even after your sleep and therefore you will not feel fresh at all in the morning because your body is not ready yet to say Good Morning to you and only then you will feel tired and disgusting to wake up cause your body needs more time to finish its work. Once you make these healthy habits you will notice how your body refuses to stay in bed because it has done resting and wants more work to keep the balance therefore it kind of pushes you out of bed, you do not have to push it.
Stretching your back in bed and carrying a feeling of gratitude after waking up. Drinking 2 glasses of warm lemon water first thing in the morning. Then brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand. Not using a mobile phone or stare at any screen till 1 hour after waking up. Chewing curry leaf and ginger on an empty stomach does a lot of good. Starting your day with a fresh fruit and not tea/coffee. Practising meditation and breathing exercises. Doing exercise and yoga asanas. Having a morning walk in the sun. It is like typing your future in the present tense and let me tell you it works as an affirmation. Cheers!
