8 年Love this! I've used improv training for myself and members of my team for years and it is transformative. Standup is a much bigger stretch and for the clients I coach (primarily nonprofit CEOs and their team, it's not a place where I would have them start. But, if they are willing to tackle improve, then this is a great next step. Thanks for sharing.
