The pandemic really opened the eye’s for marketers that they can’t rely on conferences alone for opportunities to drive new business. They should be investing in other digital ways to engage prospects. Conferences will still happen but I believe companies will evaluate more about which conferences to attend but also how they can make these events drive even more ROI.
