Is TikTok Rolling Out A New Collaboration Feature?
That’s what it looks like to us!?
Just like Instagram’s Collaboration feature that enables users to tag another user in their post and if the user accepts the collaboration, the post will then show up on both of their profiles and shared with both audiences.?
No shock here, but now TikTok is implementing basically the same feature onto their platform. Soon, on TikTok, you will be able to tag other accounts to collaboratively share the same publication.?
X Is Hiding Posts Likes For All Users?
Yep, you read that headline correctly. Soon likes will disappear for all users on X.??
Your next question is probably why, at least that was our question about it. But their goal behind this is to enhance the privacy of the app.?
With this new feature, you can like any kind of content without anyone knowing! The hope with this feature is that users will feel much more inclined and comfortable with engaging with content.?
What do you think about this change? Are you for or against it?
Quiz answer
Well, if you guessed B (Apple TV), you are absolutely… wrong (see what I did there?).
Let’s break it down in numbers.?
As we saw, Apple TV has fewer followers than Netflix. But that’s not an excuse. We’ve seen many times how smaller accounts outperform bigger ones.
If you take an average from their latest publications, Netflix gets an approximate 0.44% interaction rate. Apple TV gets way lower results, 0.05% And that has nothing to do with their respective number of followers.
Apple TV repeats the same format over and over. Becoming predictable, and repetitive.?
On the other hand, Netflix plays around with lots of different types of content. They mimic popular YouTube formats, and share memes, trailers, posters, behind-the-scenes, etc. This results in some performing below average, but also that’s how they strike gold and find formats that perform above average that they can replicate.
So there’s a lesson for all of us out there. Try new things, experiment!
Did you get it right? Hit reply and let me know. I love getting your comments on the quiz!
