Athletes have a unique platform to make a positive impact on society, and many use their influence to support philanthropic initiatives. Through their non-profit organizations, they not only give back to their communities but also inspire others to do the same.

The LeBron James Family Foundation is deeply committed to education and supporting underprivileged youth in Akron, Ohio. Through initiatives like the "I PROMISE" program, LeBron's foundation provides resources, mentoring, and scholarships to help kids stay in school and reach their full potential.

After Hurricane Harvey devastated parts of Texas, J. J. Watt, an NFL player, spearheaded a fundraising campaign that raised over $41 million for relief efforts. His foundation also supports after-school athletic programs in schools, helping kids stay active and engaged in a safe environment.

Similarly, Serena Williams has been a champion both on and off the tennis court. Her Serena Williams Fund focuses on education and equity, helping to build schools in underprivileged areas and providing scholarships for young people who might not otherwise have access to higher education.

These athletes show how sports can be a powerful force for good. They understand that getting kids involved in sports isn't just about physical fitness—it’s about teaching discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Sports provide a positive outlet for energy, helping kids develop life skills that will serve them well into adulthood.

Combining my passion for sports and a desire to help others succeed, I founded Win Again, where current and former athletes can discover their identity beyond sports, develop the structure needed to succeed again, and receive the tips, strategies and actionable advice that allows them to WIN AGAIN and be elite in their next great career.

Over the past 20+ years as a business advisor and career coach, I have guided athletes and executives, holding them accountable during their transition.
