What actually speeds up a process? ??

Mindset breakthroughs, let me explain.?

For example, If you’re feeling anxiety about marketing yourself or being too visible because of how you’re thinking about doing that, and consequently, you haven’t been doing it.?

A breakthrough around how to feel lighter, less pressured, and less anxious so you can take a small step towards doing something differently can change everything.?

Concrete example 1??:

My client Diego was afraid to reach out to his former co-worker because he was afraid he would secretly judge him for leaving the company they both worked at as it seemed so good. ??

Diego struggled a lot with leaving Amazon because of what other people thought about his decision.

Even though he knew it was the best decision for him.

That was a missed opportunity until he could have the breakthrough.

Because he didn’t know it his old co-worker had insights, ideas, and direction but they couldn’t be accessed until Diego’s mindset changed.

Concrete example 2??:

If you’re thinking that no one in your current network can help you because (insert your reason) for Lizzie, it was because they are all teachers, and they won’t know anyone in tech.

A reasonable assumption, I suppose, but turned out not to be factually true.

If she kept that assumption, she would have missed it.?

Missed the opportunity that now pays her more working only half time than she did full time as a teacher and as a manager in a tech company. ????

And there are opportunities like this right there for the grabbing every single day.

But when we are stuck in our unconscious belief patterns, we are literally blind to them.?

It’s like the ideas and the nudges of what actions to take next and exactly how to execute them, from a place of them being done are in an alternate universe that co-exists parallel to the one we’re in but we can’t access it.

Because we are only ever trapped by our own mind...

We’re not really stuck but we believe so strongly that we are without questioning nearly enough that we don’t see what we need to see...

& we become perpetually frustrated and stuck.

Diego’s brain had decided that his coworker would judge him therefore he felt resistant when he had the idea to reach out.

So, he avoided it and didn’t do it at all. ??

Missing an untapped opportunity.?

People walk around missing things like this every day.

Lizzie’s brain had told her “All my network of teachers can’t help they don’t know anyone in tech” which had her missing out on opportunities she didn’t know existed. ??

But they couldn’t identify this on their own.

They needed input that questioned their “normal” and, more importantly, their habitual thinking.

To them, these statements of beliefs were at the same factual level as “the sun will rise today.”

And we don’t question the sun will rise we don’t even consider that it won’t.

It’s just a truth of the world.

These are just 2 of millions of concrete examples.?
