How to solve the possible problems of LED display?

LED display screen has the characteristics of high brightness, low working voltage, low power consumption, miniaturization, long service life, impact resistance, and stable performance. However, it will inevitably encounter some problems when it works for a long time. Why does the LED display screen trip frequently? The following is a brief analysis of this:

1, The unreasonable layout of leakage protector

Due to the particularity of LED display screen installation site, such as wiring error, leakage maintenance device damage in the switch box, line damage, some electrical appliances did not pass through the switch box and a series of reasons, coupled with the inevitable misoperation and refusal of the leakage maintenance device itself, and the failure to install the leakage maintenance device according to the actual power consumption situation, the total leakage maintenance device frequently jumps the condition of the gate.

In this case, in addition to strengthening the management, it is also necessary to reasonably arrange the leakage protector from the technical point of view and according to the actual situation. The leakage protector on the main power supply of the incoming line is mainly used as the general maintenance to avoid the hidden danger of electrical fire and electrical short circuit, and it is also the backup maintenance of each small leakage maintenance scale. Its additional leakage action current can be selected between 200 ~ 500mA, and the additional leakage action time can be selected as 0.2 ~ 0.3s. It can greatly reduce the impact of surge voltage, surge current and electromagnetic disturbance on the total leakage protector. If the secondary leakage maintenance devices in each leakage maintenance scale can be kept in the working state, the trip probability of the total leakage maintenance device in the construction site can be greatly reduced.

2, It does not constitute useful secondary or tertiary leakage maintenance within the maintenance scale 

The last level leakage protector in the switch box is the main maintenance of electrical equipment. If the last level leakage protector is not installed, damaged, or improperly selected, it may lead to frequent tripping of the higher level leakage maintenance device. Because there are many metal conductors in the LED display screen, and there are many wire joints. If the wire insulation is not very good, it will lead to the situation of frequent leakage; some also add some sockets, in many hours are not installed leakage maintenance devices, often resulting in leakage. As long as a useful secondary or tertiary leakage maintenance mode is formed in each maintenance scale, the tripping frequency of leakage maintenance device can be effectively reduced. 

3, Leakage maintenance device has its own limitations 

(1) The current leakage maintenance devices, whether electromagnetic or electronic, use a magnetic induction voltage transformer to pick up the leakage current in the main circuit of electrical equipment. It is impossible for three-phase or three-phase four-wire to be completely balanced in the magnetic ring. The three-phase power load of the LED display screen can not be completely balanced. Under strong current or high over-voltage, a certain electromotive force will be induced in the magnetic ring with high permeability. If the electromotive force is large enough, it will cause the leakage protector to trip. Because the larger the extra current, the larger the leakage flux generated by the larger magnetic ring, and the leakage current must overcome the magnetization force of the magnetic ring itself, so the greater the extra current of the leakage maintainer, the lower the sensitivity and the higher the rejection rate. 

(2) There is an uncertain area between the additional leakage action current and the additional leakage non-action current of the leakage maintenance device. When the leakage current of the leakage maintenance device shakes in this area, it will also lead to the irregular trip of the leakage maintenance device. 

4, Unreasonable selection of leakage protector 

(1) The additional leakage action currently used in the switch box is more than 30mA or more than twice the extra current of the electrical equipment, or the leakage maintenance device with time delay is used. Because of the progress of the additional leakage action current or the decline of maintenance sensitivity, it is found that the last leakage maintenance device still does not operate after leakage. 

(2) When the LED display screen is powered on, the starting current is usually large, which may cause the leakage protector to trip. So power on the display box in batches as much as possible. In general, electromagnetic leakage maintenance device which is not sensitive to surge over-voltage and over-current should be selected; or electronic leakage maintenance device with 1.5-2 times more than the additional current should be selected, and the additional leakage action current of last level leakage maintenance should not be greater than 30mA.

The frequent tripping of leakage maintenance device is the result of various factors. The most important thing is to reasonably arrange the leakage protector, reduce the maintenance scale of secondary and tertiary leakage maintenance device, correctly select the leakage protector and wiring, so as to make the secondary or tertiary leakage protector in each scale in useful maintenance condition; On the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen the management of power consumption, improve the quality of power users, and put an end to non electrician wiring, which can not only ensure the safety of power consumption but also reduce the frequent tripping, so as to create better power supply conditions for the normal operation of LED display screen.

How to prevent water leakage of the LED outdoor display screen?

LED outdoor display screen is often faced with many challenges in the use process, facing many bad weather effects such as high temperature, cold wave, strong wind, rain, and so on.

If we do not do these aspects of preparation work, then the safety display of the outdoor screen will be out of the question. Then how to prevent the leakage of the LED outdoor display screen can better ensure the safe operation of the outdoor display screen? JDX shows the following aspects.

1. Add backplate and apply sealant

There are many LED screen manufacturers in order to save time and effort, in the installation of the outdoor display without backplane or backplane sealant. Although this can reduce a lot of process procedures, and improve efficiency, in the long run, electronic components will inevitably water, over time, the display screen is prone to security risks. We all know that water is the biggest fear of electronic components. Once water enters the cabinet circuit of the display screen, it will cause the circuit to burn. Therefore, we can not ignore this situation and must solve it as soon as possible.

2. Drain opening

If the LED electronic full-color display screen and the backplate are closely combined, then the bottom must be made with a water leakage outlet, which can play a good role in the plum rain season. No matter how tightly the front and back of the display screen are combined, after years of bad rainy weather, there must be water inside. If there is no leakage hole below, the more water accumulated, it is easy to cause a short circuit and other conditions. If the water leakage hole is drilled, the water can be discharged, so as to better extend the service life of the outdoor screen.

3. The right line

When installing the plug wiring of an LED electronic display screen, it is necessary to select the appropriate wire and abide by the principle of "rather large than small", that is, calculate the total wattage of the LED display screen, and select a slightly larger wire. It is better not to choose just or too small wire, which is easy to cause the line burn and affect the safe operation of LED display. Don't choose just the right wire because of the budget. If the voltage and power increase, it is easy to cause a short circuit, which will lead to the occurrence of badly hidden dangers.

How to do a good job in fire prevention of LED display screen?

The quality of the display screen fire prevention technology is mainly related to the display screen fireproof raw materials and cabinet technology. The fire-proof raw materials mainly include the wire and power supply used inside the display screen, the external protective structure, fire-proof materials, and plastic suite.

1. In most display applications, the larger the display unit area is, the greater the power consumption is, which also has higher requirements for the power on the stability of the wire rod. In many wire products, the use of wire that meets the requirements of the national standard can ensure its safety and stability. There are three requirements: the core is copper wire conductive carrier, the cross-sectional area tolerance of wire core is within the standard range, the insulation and flame retardancy of the rubber covering the core meet the standard. Compared with the general copper clad aluminum wire core, the wire with the small cross-sectional area and insufficient insulation rubber grade can be electrified The performance is more stable and short circuit is not easy to occur;

2. The power supply products that have passed UL certification are also the choice of similar products. Their effective conversion rate can ensure the safety and stability of power load and can work normally in the hot external environment.

3. In terms of materials for the external protective structure of the display screen, most of the display screen products with high fire resistance are made of fireproof aluminum-plastic plate, which has excellent fire resistance, strong fire resistance, and flame retardancy. The oxygen aging performance of core material special material is also very strong, melting point temperature 135 ℃, decomposition temperature ≥ 300 ℃, environmental protection performance, low smoke and halogen-free, in line with SGS, flame retardant b-s1, d0, T0, reference standard Standard UL94, GB / 8624-2006. Generally, the aluminum-plastic panel of outdoor display screen products is aging rapidly with high temperature and rain, which makes it easy for rain and dew to penetrate into the screen body in humid climate season, resulting in a short circuit of electronic components and fire.

4. There is also an important part of fireproof raw materials for the display screen, which is a plastic suite. The plastic suite is mainly used for the bottom shell of the unit module mask. The main raw material is PC + glass fiber material with flame retardant function, which not only has a flame retardant function but also can not deform, become brittle and crack under high and low temperature and long-term use. At the same time, it is combined with glue with good sealing performance It can effectively prevent the rain from the external environment from penetrating into the interior, thus causing short circuits and fire.

5. In the case of no breakthrough in the core raw materials such as lamp beads, the brightness can not be improved by increasing the current.

In addition to the internal and external configuration of the air conditioner, it is also very important to ensure the internal and external cooling effect of the air conditioner.
