Leveling up: Ivanti announces major updates to the Ivanti Neurons Platform for Q4

In the spirit of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, I'm excited to share that Ivanti, the tech company that elevates and secures Everywhere Work, has unveiled a wave of transformative updates to the Ivanti Neurons platform . These enhancements truly redefine the digital employee experience while offering unprecedented scalability and reinforcing vulnerability prioritization and remediation efforts.

Raising the bar for cybersecurity

At Ivanti, we're always blazing trails with innovative solutions, and this latest release is no exception. We've seamlessly integrated Ivanti Neurons for RBVM and Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management — and that means we’ve just made it easier to handle Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs). This new integration allows us to automate the handoff of CVEs from security teams to IT ops. It establishes an all-encompassing vulnerability prioritization and patching experience, allowing organizations to respond swiftly and resolutely to potential cyber threats. As IT and security teams face ongoing staff shortages with more than ever on their plates, this is a significant step toward alleviating the burden on them while improving security posture.

The introduction of the CVE to Patch Group API signifies a pivotal milestone for us, ushering in an era of seamless integration with an array of products. Notably, Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management now boasts agent-based macOS device patching, eliminating the necessity for enrollment in a mobile device management (MDM) product.

Elevating endpoint management with Secure UEM solutions

We’re now offering three distinct Secure UEM solution packages to better serve our customers. These options elevate efficacy and customization for endpoint management, ensuring that endpoints are perpetually discoverable, manageable, secured and resilient. We understand the critical role endpoints play in modern work environments, and these solutions are designed to meet those needs head-on while allowing organizations to leverage the solution that best fits their needs.

Enterprise service management for a secure future

We’re also announcing four enterprise service management solution plans:

· ITSM Enterprise

· ITSM Premium

· ITSM Enterprise Premium

These tailored plans offer more customization and give organizations the flexibility to adapt, optimize service performance and create a secure, agile environment that’s prepared for future challenges.

With the release of an all-new onboarding and dashboard experience within Ivanti Neurons, organizations will get unparalleled visibility into devices, users and organizational Digital Experience Score (DEX score) KPIs.

That translates to optimized productivity and efficiency for IT. We’ve made it easier and more intuitive than ever to quickly view and drill into device, people and enterprise-wide DEX scores to better understand issues and make informed decisions on how to best remediate.

Cybersecurity Awareness Month is a great time to announce these updates, because we should all be thinking about how to stay ahead of threat actors — and those threat actors aren’t making it easy on anyone.
