How slow R ....U ?

I have to put disclaimer since R was my first language so I may get biased. It is depend on what you want to do, but as specific domain language you can do quite a lot with base R without loading any packages.

So lets compare time required to do simple plot in R, Julia, and python, any comments are welcome

Julia 1.5 was released recently and announced in JuliaCon 2020 early this month. The infamous first-plot delay has been one of main issues in Julia since 1.0. Based on their tests, 1.5 has made a significant improvement in this area, much better than 1.1. However, the issue still persists.
