How to sleep well if you are worried about finding a job?

Acknowledge the stress and uncertainty: Job hunting can be a long, stressful process, often taking 3 to 6 months. The uncertainty of outcomes, such as rejections or no responses, can significantly impact sleep quality.

Control what you can: Focus on actions within your control, such as applying to jobs, networking, and tracking your efforts daily. This helps reduce anxiety by providing a sense of control over the situation.

Set realistic expectations: Treat job hunting as a marathon, not a sprint. Set realistic timelines, especially if you are in a senior position, and accept that the process may involve setbacks and challenges.

Incorporate calming activities: Engage in activities you enjoy, like reading, exercising, or spending time with friends, to help reduce stress and provide a mental break from the job search.

Dialog with your mind: Regularly review your progress and remind yourself that you've done your part, which can help ease self-blame and anxiety, leading to better sleep.
