How To Skyrocket Your Restaurant or Bar With New Customers In Just 90 Days

I want to share some amazing value that has worked for us to enable to skyrocket our restaurants with more customers in just 90 days.

If you are not considering doing this now for your restaurant, you will be losing a lot of customers to your competitors who are. Currently, only the serious restaurants are implementing this, and that's why the results have been amazing. I would really suggest you get involved now before every restaurant finds this out.

In a nutshell, the answer is simple: FACEBOOK ADS + MESSENGER MARKETING

Here's the structure on how we do it:

  1. Create an Ad with a special giveaway offer e.g. Free pizza for a year for one customer or Free dessert & drink with every meal. This ad builds engagement to your page. It is best to put a really strong offer here that immediately gets peoples attention.
  2. Direct the Ad to a Messenger Bot e.g. "Comment 'pizza' to opt in". The Bot asks a few questions & asks for their email to redeem the voucher when they purchase . This starts to build your list of potential customers.
  3. Once you have your list, you retarget your list with another offer (say, a month later), and keeping doing this with a new offer every month.

It really is that simple (in theory).

What you need is:

  1. A budget of $500-1000+ to cover the Ad spend and the time to build the bot (it can be done on less, but the more you invest the better your results will be by far)
  2. An engaging ad with a great offer.
  3. A messenger bot built to capture emails and interact with the customer.
  4. An automated system built to store the emails you've collected (e.g. a Google Sheet), so as soon as the customer enters their email, the Google Sheet gets populated.
  5. An automated system to track how much revenue you are making.
  6. Importantly, you need to give it time. This method will take 2-3 months to get going while you build your list of customers, but after that it's a snowball effect. The more you have on your list, the more your ads are commented/liked on and the more the Facebook algorithm gives you preferential treatment.

Why it's great:

  1. Messenger Bots get OVER 98% OPEN RATES! So you can send your message to 1000 people and on average atleast 980 people will read it. Compare this to the e-mail open rates of 25-30%. It's a complete gamechanger.
  2. Facebook Advertising is relatively cheap compared to all other forms of advertising. With an engaging ad, you can get optins at less than $1 per customer.
  3. Let's do the maths: If you get 500 opt ins, and say 20% actually redeem the voucher in store, that's 100 customers. They spend an average of $20 (depending on your restaurant) so that's $2000 in revenue. Remember, the longer you stick with it, the longer your list grows, meaning your revenue will just grow and grow each month. If it cost you $500 in ad spend, then that's $1500 profit in the first month.

This is the basic framework that you should start with. Obviously, the whole process is more detailed, as the more detailed it is the better the campaign will run.

We've had crazy results with our restaurants, and if you're not doing this in 2018, then your restaurant may just fall behind very soon. Over a 12 month period, you'll be missing out on tons of customers and revenue.

Nice share Ravi, this strategy will work for restaurants but I'd recommend that those reading your post in other industries also reach out to you - it really works across all niches that have a social aspect to them.
