How To Show Them What You've Got

When I speak to self-made professionals who have made a quantum leap in the last 5 years, I notice they are often still stuck with the vision of themselves from half a decade ago.
Because it is hard to break out of your initial persona even when success hits, how do you show them what you've got in round 2?
Raise the ceiling on what's possible.
- What are the things you never think you'd be able to achieve in one lifetime?
- Why are they actually a possibility looking at the speed of growth you are showing?
- Who in your immediate circle is known to blow the lid off their goals so you can ask them for a 10x view of what you can achieve?
- When in your day do you spend 15-30 minutes visualising your next leap to make sure it's inspiring?
- How will you answer the question 'What are you working on?' with a bigger and better vision than before?
If you are ready to make a quantum leap in your career, ping me.

8 年Good quick hit on pushing forward in business. The challenge for me (and I suspect other entrepreneurs and SMEs) is either taking the time or finding the right consulting partner who can push us to to look at the broader view of ourselves and/or our business. We get so caught-up in the day-to-day, minute-to-minute tasks. It's great to have a coach like you, who can push us to be more visionary.
