We currently have ways and tools to be prepared today, with a focus on personal, professional and intellectual growth, but we never feel so unprepared after all as changes in the job market, in the economy, in education training, in health seem to bring more rapid challenges in which you and I can prepare ourselves to adequately face all challenges.
To name a few tools, we have the formal education of universities, training that is carried out within our work environment, internet, applications, websites that offer free courses, PDF's materials, videos from various sources, social networks, books, information from radio and TV, discussion forums, newspapers and so many other ways we have to filter and select these sources, in order to be able to follow our development more plausibly and effectively.
But what intrigues me is that we are losing the capacity for simple things with the advance of information, communiocation, technology andease of the 21st century, we are losing important human resources for our journey towards excellence, we are transforming our social and professional relationships and more technology and less human.
To achieve excellence we have to be human too, know how to thank, look in the eyes, put ourselves in the other's shoes to understand their needs, reflect to make the best decision that often use human things and not just tecnological things, have humility to make a decision that will your work your life therefore it will help most who are improving their back family, friends and peers at work.
And within this human process, we must remember our soul, which needs to be taken care of to be understood, remember that we need to responsibly seek wisdom and not just work for work, do charity, help others and especially seek GOD must enter into your project to be more prepared today.
