How to shine on your site visits!

Your customers are actually with you in the building and face to face! They took time out of their day to look around, they must mean business! You have in your mind what this business is worth so to make a big first impression, plan your site visit in advance:

  • Send your client a welcoming email the day before they visit confirming the time and details.
  • Practice the route you plan to take and ensure you factor in all your key selling points and stop off at some of your most impressive hotspots!
  • Ensure the rest of your team onsite know about the site visit and your clients requirements so that they can input from the beginning, ensure the venue is looking its best and be ready to welcome them too.
  • Liaise with your operations team to discuss any potential concerns your client may have and how these can be overcome before you meet.
  • Set the scene - have your meeting room/example wedding table set up so your client can visualize how the venue might look and different options available.
  • On the day of the visit - look your best (remember people buy people as well as your amazing venue!)
  • Did you leave them thirsty for more? Are you closing the sale? What’s your follow up?
