Raw material procurement:

Cutting and srtipping wire:

Straighten wire and cutting outer aluminum foil:(if have)

This step, depending on the raw materials, some cables are needed, some cables are not used, basically through the manual to straighten, pay attention to the weaving must be straightened clean.Cutting aluminum foil is mainly for the special cable, stripping the aluminum foil on the core wire, pay attention to not cut the core wire and cut it clean.

Solder:

Tin inspection:

The welded wire needs to be checked to see if there is dislocation/tin/false welding/tin point to be full and bright.

Molding internal and outer mold:

The welded data cable is formed by the plastic injection molding machine.Pay attention to the molding pressure, temperature and time, can not punch glue, tip, crush the iron shell, etc.

Testing cable:

Take out the point according to the template, can not open, short circuit, INT function is poor.

Appearance inspection:

Do not punch glue, lack glue, tip, crush iron shell, scratch.

Packing:

Clean the appearance and tie the wire according to the size required in the drawing.

Store ------OQC sampling inspection ------- shipment
