HOW TO SET GOALS??
Goal setting is the process of defining specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound objectives that an individual or organization wishes to achieve.?
Goals can be short-term (e.g., completing a project in the next month) or long-term (e.g., achieving a certain level of success in five years).
Once you have identified your goals, you can create a plan for how to reach them.? This plan should include achievable goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely (SMART), that will help you reach your goals, as well as setting deadlines for when each step you take should be completed.?
Set realistic expectations for yourself and track your progress along the way, whilst you review your goals periodically to ensure that they are still relevant and achievable, breaking them down into smaller steps.?
Remember most of all to make sure to include deadlines for each step and hold yourself accountable for meeting them whilst tracking your progress along the way so that you can stay motivated.?
Finally, don’t forget to celebrate your successes as you reach each milestone!
