How to set correct temperature during cold chain transport?

Many drivers will ask how to set the proper temperature for a refrigerated delivery truck, of course, set a proper temperature is important. Temperature controlled correctly can ensure perishable products safe. So let’s see the proper temperature should to be set.
Before you turn on the transport refrigeration, please do the first thing that pre cool the truck. Please refer to the following temperature setting for different foods.
