How To Sell More...

Here are three tips that may help you sell more:
1 - Understand Your Customers Better: To sell more stuff, it's important to understand your customers and their needs. You should know what motivates them to buy and what their pain points are. Conducting market research and customer surveys can help you gain insights into your target audience. This information will help you tailor your messaging and marketing strategies to better meet their needs, which can lead to increased sales.
2- Build Better Trust and Credibility: People are more likely to buy from brands they trust. Building trust and credibility takes time, but it's worth the effort. You can do this by providing high-quality products, excellent customer service, and being transparent with your customers. This means being honest about your products, prices, and policies. Use customer reviews and testimonials to show potential customers that others have had positive experiences with your brand.
3 - Offer Better Value: Customers want to feel like they're getting a good deal. To sell more stuff, you need to offer better value. This could mean offering discounts, promotions, or bundling products together. You can also offer free shipping or returns to make the purchase process more convenient for your customers. By offering better value than your competitors, you're showing your customers that you care about their needs and are willing to work to meet them.

2 年Good points Peter, I totally agree on the first two, and the third point too, but with a but...the idea of value is different for different businesses. In my opinion discounts train your customers to always expect discounts, so their perception of you changes and it is then a race to the bottom. But I totally believe in giving value in other ways. Some of the ways in my game to give value would be by always being supportive, by giving extra unpaid time to the project when they really need it, making connections for them in other ways. We could totally jam around brand and sales!!
