They're thinking big. Which is awesome.
Thinking like a TV show rather than just interviewing guests.
Not that there's anything wrong with talking to guests around your specialist subject. To either;
1. Build relationships with your ideal client (by asking them on your podcast) OR 2. Building an audience in trusted long-form content
But if you want to scale your podcast to attract audiences, then entertaining them is becoming just as important. Edu-tainment.

The ROI Is Incredible
If you attend networking events like BNI, then you'll be familiar with NZ chapters with 20-something members and for a small country like Aotearoa, it's normal.
But Mumbai is something else.
I was lucky to attend some BNI events when I was there in January.
I went to a chapter with 156 members. It's not the biggest in India.
That is 175 members.
Golly.
