One key strategy that has helped me succeed is identifying my customer’s pain points. I make it my mission to find out what’s bothering them. Once I know their pain points, I can tailor my pitch to address their specific needs and concerns. e.g. If a parent is worried about their child’s safety, highlight the security features of the toy you’re selling. This approach shows empathy and makes your solution seem indispensable.

5. Pushing Emotional Triggers

Once I’ve identified those pain points, it’s time to push the right emotional buttons. Whether it’s highlighting the security features of a product or emphasizing the convenience of a service, I strive to make an emotional connection with my customers. This personal touch goes a long way in building trust and making the sale.

6. Using Powerful Words to Build Certainty

With two decades of experience in sales and customer service, I’ve learned the power of using strong, positive language to build certainty in my customer’s minds. Words like “guaranteed,” “proven,” and “trusted” can work wonders in making them feel confident about their decision. By reinforcing the idea that choosing my product is the best move they can make, I create a sense of certainty that’s hard to resist.

7. The Power Of Local Language

Throughout my career, I’ve discovered the power of using the local language that my customers speak. Whether it’s Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati, speaking in their native tongue helps me connect with them on a deeper level.
