How to select breaker tools?

There are four types of most commonly used breaker tools, namely, Wedge,Moil points, Blunt head and cone points.

  1. Wedge Chisels: there are two type of wedges, namely H-wedge chisels and V-wedge chisels, according to our experiences, H-wedge chisels are more frequently used.
  2. Moil Points: suitable for crushing fine-grained and neutral concrete and soft non-stratified rock.
  3. Blunt tools: suitable for crushing medium hard stones or broken small stones to make them even smaller
  4. Cone points: suitable for general demolition where penetration is required.

According to their various applications, there are more types of breaker tools, such as Asphalt Cutter, Pile Drivers,Tamping Tools etc.

It is not difficult to select a type of breaker tool for customers for their own application situation. The hard part is how to find a wear-resistant breaker tools with longer lifetime.
