  1. What are the key strategic choices that will be tested by fire in the next 3 months such as your customer acquisition strategy, your tech architecture's robustness and your value proposition's soundness in a new market?
  2. Why are they likely to cause tremendous pain if they fail so you can have a plan B strategy in place from the 1st day?
  3. Who in your team is a great nay-sayer who can poke holes at your assumptions in a strategic manner that helps you vet your decisions?
  4. When in your weekly team meetings will you encourage flagging high probability issues so you can fix them before they sink the ship?
  5. How will you re-evaluate on a quarterly basis where your strategy for growth has holes based on the issues that repeatedly occur each month?
