The second step is to create a "wealthy speaker framework." This is a systemized approach to your speaking engagements that includes a signature talk, a three-to-five-step problem-solving framework, and multiple tiers of offers. These tiers could include digital products, live training, and retainer agreements.
The third step is to shift your pricing and learn to say no more often. I would suggest that you raise your fees to $7,500 or more per speaking engagement. You should also have digital products available to sell to potential clients who can't afford your premium rates. Finally, it's important to be strategic about the opportunities you accept and to politely decline those that don't align with your goals or pricing structure.
The last step is to hire a financial coach. This will help you avoid lifestyle inflation and ensure your business grows sustainably in the long term.
