How to say calm and focused (even when you have a never ending list of things to do)

I don’t know what your week looks like, but mine is busy.
I have a very long list of things that need to get done before next week.
In the past, I would have felt panicked and overwhelmed.
But now, I find my focus, laugh my way through my tasks and find joy as I cross each thing off my list.
I am a high achiever. I love to accomplish things, but I love not being stressed all the time even more.
If you want to stay calm and focused (even if your to-do list is a mile long) the first thing you need to do is accept that you have a lot to do.
You see, we often grumble and complain about the loooong list in front of us. It looks like a lot of work, so it feels overwhelming.
Calm down, accept that you have a lot to do, remember that you are amazing and can get it all done, then start with task one.
Don’t stop task one until it’s finished.
Once it’s done, cross it off your list, celebrate your win, then move on to the next task.
That’s how you stay calm, focused and get a lot accomplished.
I know your list is long, but I have one more task for you.

It only takes 1 min to send a request, so you can cross it off your to do list very quickly.
