How to save a crappy day
You're in control of how you feel and act. It's not about the event, it boils down to your perspective about the event.?
Small things can throw us off-kilter like waking up late. When this happens, the rest of the day seems to follow the same pattern. Why? Because we've already decided that this day will be a challenge.?
What can you do? You've got to hit the reset button, shift things around, and most importantly, start moving. The more you focus on your bad start, the more it will affect the rest of your day. Continue to take action. Inaction creates inaction. Action creates action. Don’t become stagnant.?
A lot of our bad days have to do with us not taking accountability for our actions. All you have to do is reassess and try something new.?
Know that we can’t control others or the way they treat us, but we can control our reaction to them. Know that we can’t always control the events in our lives, but we can control how we react to them.It is simply impossible for these things to make us have a bad day unless we let them!
