9 个月Certainly a strong cost leading strategy to improve service with improvements in enabling IT but how far does that transformation go in addressing legacy technical debt? To what extent is that still impacting the ability to integrate and better support the flow of information/data across Saudia's ecosystem of heterogenous internal and 3rd party systems? On the roadmap somewhere I expect. ??

9 个月From reading the article - it sounds really great implementatio of tehcnology architecture! Great job! I fly Saudia and I love the airlines and the brand. However I think there is always room to grow by delivering common EA services, common EA design supporting infrastructure, common business models supporting overall customer experience and finally common data models that integrate with customer experience and support the customer journey all the way - from "Door to Door all the way to the Home". Good luck Saudia. I am assuming you guys long ago utilized SAP for Arch Tooling. Possibly not the brightest idea.
