How Will the Salesforce Ecosystem Produce 11.6 M Jobs?
In Dreamforce, Marc Benioff announced the results of a study by IDC. According to this study, the ecosystem powered by AI will produce 11.6 Million Jobs by 2028. ??????????
How will this be possible? One of the areas where there will be growth is the new prompt builder skill.
Prompt Builder (recently renamed from Prompt Studio) is a tool piloted in Salesforce where the admin designs effective prompts fed to the LLM AI models like ChatGPT.
Currently, you can use it to do mainly two things:
1?? Create email content: A good prompt will create a good sales email relevant to the contact with a high close probability. You can also use email generation for service.
2?? Generate field values: When you need a brief case history at the account level, a good prompt can effectively summarize the most recent case history to fill and populate this field.
The Prompt Builder puts together the relevant case information by calling a flow.
