A recent study by CareerBuilder found that 65 percent of job seekers are less likely to buy from a company they didn’t hear back from after an interview, and 58 percent say they are less likely to buy from a company they didn’t hear back from after submitting an application.
On the flip side, 67 percent say they are more likely to buy from a company that provided consistent updates throughout the application process. Job seekers have to deal with a lot of uncertainty, and if you can be more communicative with them, they’ll appreciate it — even if you don’t end up hiring them.
Well, seems like the time has come when Sales Team must visit HR team to improve the sales figure of their company!
