How a Russian aviation blogger saves the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.
Today, they posted several videos from the Russian side showing how Ukrainian naval drones work. A couple of "civilian" videos. On the one hand, somewhere at the entrance to the port of Feodosia, "Serhiy Kotov" is running away from the drones. All this is filmed by civilian vessels standing on the raid. "Kotovtsi" fire so fervently that the bullets fly in the direction of civil courts (they were hit several times - there is also a photo of this).
They did not have time to escape, because they were caught up. The main caliber did not help - in the video, the 76.2-mm gun mount practically does not stand out on the camera, that is, it was not used. With such proximity to the shore and civilian ships around, it was possible to drown a bunch more civilians.
In general, everything is not so simple with cannons and regular machine guns, because they have dead zones, and there are many drones at the same time and they attack from all sides. Regular weapons may not be enough. For example, on the video of the defeat of "Ivanovets", two 30-mm guns are glowing, because they were firing briskly. But in the final frames, they are no longer shooting - have the rounds ended?
In turn, on the video of the defeat of "Kunnikov", we see a panicked attempt to at least somehow fight back with hand machine guns and Kalashnikovs - wherever they shoot, they may even shoot each other. It is telling how this video about the naval victory was posted through the promoted air blogger "fighterbomber", because the Russians did not create their own naval blogger on the subject of "SVO". But somehow it was necessary to show that the fleet fought back to the last and this was not a puncture of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.
It is indicative that they shoot from the upper deck at the superstructures. Which is logical, because who would agree to aim at a drone with tens of kilos of explosives at a distance of a couple of tens of meters, which is rushing towards you.

They shot so much that it was not at all visible where those drones were and where they were shooting. While aiming at one drone, they missed another.
Of course, the Russians can record all this. But it is still not at all clear how drones reach Kerch unnoticed at midnight. Where do they start from? There is already a treason that they dive under the water during the day and wait for their victim. Shtosh :) In turn, the idea of submerging drones is interesting - how will the Russians deal with this?
Yes, the Russians can still actively patrol the coast with helicopters, but then what if this idea with some MANPADS on a drone is not just a dream of the people from the comments?
Of course, the Russians will actively distribute Kalashnikovs and machine guns to personnel. But how will this help small vessels? How many drones are needed for some "Raptor" or a tugboat?
I am very satisfied with such an attempt by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to show that the Russian fleet fought against drones, it's just that the sailor was somewhat unlucky for the third time in a row. Most likely, vigilance will increase, machine guns and flashlights will be distributed to everyone. But will it help the Russians if Ukrainian drones start to change tactics or choose other victims?"
