How To Ruin Your Maintenance Business In 6 Steps

Quite a while, how are you all doing? It's been some silence from my end for some weeks! That's not my habit friends as I love to engage with my team every time. However, I had to attend to some important life events.

For many of you that have followed my posts on LinkedIn, my Dad passed November 10, 2021 and we had to do the burial for May 20 -21, 2022. That kept me so engaged and couldn't catch up with the commitments of our favorite Newsletter. Thankfully, the burial was a success and I must thank many of you that reached out to me for support. With that behind us, let me share a short piece today on how you can simply ruin your maintenance. I mean ruin it outright! No Supervisor or Manager should do this but if you find out that there are traces of some of these elements within your organization, you'll do well to eliminate them fast! And I mean faster that fast itself.
