Motor Frame design:

1.Mortise and Tenon Joint Structure plus robot welding, double safety assurance.

2.Two L-shape Q345B high strength steel plate connected with the top cover of the motor frame.

3.The motor is fixed by two circular high-strength steel plates, which are connected and bonded with 6 extension screws.

4. With high strength 8.8 grade industrial Bolt and Locknut.

Hub Wheel design:

1.Unique Double Wheel Hub design; the fan blade holder is fixed by the upper and lower hub wheel.

2.Imported Aeronautic Aluminum Alloy (6061-T6).

3.High pressure forging technology, with T6 thermal treatment process & CNC precision machining & dynamic balance test of the complete set chassis

4.40 times strength test.

Fan Blade design:

1.High strength aircraft Aluminum alloy: AA6063T6511 with fluorocarbon coating and surface

processing.

2. Patented airfoil design with special reinforce rib support system which increase the strength of fan blade and avoids the sagging of fan tail and fatigue loss of connecting components.

Fan blade Holder design:

1.High strength aircraft Aluminum alloy: AA7075-T6

2.Installed in the interpolation type, which increases the contact area between the blade plug and the inner wall of the blade and improves the force performance on the blade and the blade holder, safe and reliable.

Safe Retainer design:

6 Pcs or 5Pcs fan blades are connected into a whole with 6 Pcs or 5Pcs safety retainers.

Fasteners design:

German DIN933 Industrial Bolt and DIN125A locknut with high strength 8.8 grade, the practical stress it could endure is 10 times than normal.
