Introduction
The age of interconnection implies the creation of interaction between people with things, things with things and people with people. This interaction has information as a common element. In our time, it seems that the information has the highest value and the speed of its transfer, is the subject of great research and discussion in order to achieve the desired result. If we look back at the information age, we can see that the exchange of information was the basis for the creation and development of the current era. The information in our time causes changes in external and internal environment. The assimilation and adaptation to it requires decisive in terms of human and company in order to cope with to the needs of society and the changes that cause the safety of new technologies. In this integration, pre-school education creates a robust foundation for the future and personality shaping of a person, thus showing the need to troubleshoot problems using robotic kits in order for children to adapt new Technologies and become fellow travellers in a better and more creative future.
New technologies and dynamic skills
The human being is surrounded by new technologies that create better conditions, but it triggers the feeling of xenophobia. With the term xenophobia, I mean fear of something different as human has a strong sense of safety by doing habits of everyday tasks and can hardly change his everyday life by integrating innovative products or processes. An example of how difficult it is for a man to integrate with new technologies in his life is to deal with things such as Drone where with wood stones or any other way they try to demolish it because they are afraid of it or they can’t understand it’s usage. But how can people become better, absorbing the style of living with new technologies and gain a competitive advantage in market and companies in their sector. The answer for this appeared in 1997 by David J. Teece promoting the concept of dynamic skills by saying that "information is not waiting for you to assimilate it, it is transferred causing changes that you have to follow or you will perish" by saying that, he tried to show how important it is adapting to external changes. From 1997 until now, the concept of dynamic capacities has gained new dimensions as new technologies in some way enforce the need of adoption by individuals as there is no adaptation of new technologies if individual and company does not process the concept of New Technologies. In particular, we are concerned about the concept of absorptive capacity that has emerged as an object of dynamic capacities.
Absorptive capacity
According to studies, absorptive capacity is an indication of human's intelligence, therefore in critical positions within a company or organization, absorbing changes of the environment may result a profit to the employer or the state if the State adapts developments. Dynamic capabilities, in their range, are an important concept that has their roots in learning processes, integrating them and reviewing options that were previously underestimated. The reason I insist on the absorptive capacity that is part of dynamic capabilities is the need for absorption to change, as we mentioned the non-compliance of companies in changes, usually equivalent to a collapse of the company. Environmental needs for ecological awareness with the help of technology that has a green approach for betterment of processes and reduction of pollutants, impose in economic and state environment the changes that the capacity of Adaptation is a coping tool. The company to perform absorption, needs the high volume of absorption by its employees, so we must focus on the adaptability of an individual as worker and as a member of the ecological system. Absorption capacity, consist to be the most valuable asset for our society to become a friendlier new technologies society and our target should be on our pre-school students, who can perform innovation as they become an important asset in this new technology friendly environment.
Preschool education and absorptive capacity
After a broader arthrography for science, we come to the subject of the article that is not another of the early educational age that creates attitudes and make the scientists of the future. Students of pre-school education have the greatest ability to adapt and assimilation from any age progression of man. In this way, by aiming at their adaptive ability and assimilation, you create people with a maximum degree of dynamic capabilities that turn companies into adaptive dynamic entities competing for market dominance Gaining a competitive advantage. The importance of promoting the absorption on the first educational levels can only be done with the contribution of the teacher and his absorptive capacity into technological changes.
The role of teacher
The teacher should first understand the concept of dynamic competences and subsequently the existence of the need to manage new technologies in order to create this bridge between man and interconnection. In the accession process, the teacher should transform order into a field of integrating new technologies, bringing to the case area products and processes that can change the contact of our small sciences with technologies. With the application of technologies in preschool education having as their tool Dynamic capabilities and more specific absorptive capacity can create the bases for the most inventive generation of the human species. The role of the teacher is therefore pivotal.
Usage of robotic kits in preschool enabling dynamic capabilities
The question of how to adapt early childhood education students to new technologies comes from the technology of educational robotics. The use of robotics kits can create the bases in this educational tier Early childhood education in order to be able to become one with the age of interconnection, displaying them as interconnected people. For this chapter I will use my personal case study-research that I used in a public school kindergarten with the aim of adapting to new technologies and using robotic kits for troubleshooting. Recording the whole process, case study was as follows:
? Mobile phone use and application extension to engage children in mobile technology.
? Create groups of 3 to 4 people and edit the mobile to cope with cases
? Appearance of robotic material and creation of a friendly frame to deal with the robot (avoid blows to the robot)
? Creation of a construction without robotic material for the activation of the imagination of students and their autonomy by the teacher who has the role of observer.
? Creation of robots on a piece of paper to see how the student understand what robots are
? Robot drive demonstration in custom space and use of motion commands
? Change teacher role with robot (become a robot and let students create virtual commands to move through space)
? Application of robot movement to students and creation of movement in real space only with the use of commands (the student is a robot)
? Use repetitive commands and adapt students to the robot. The children's memory reserves enable mechanical troubleshooting of robot movement. In order to avoid this, we need to change the robot's movement field to enter new traffic variables. This way the student adapts to the motion environment and changes the way of coping.
At the end of case study, the direct result was the award of the team in the management of problem and cooperation in the Hellenic robotic competition of 2019 in the emerging category of early childhood education on "a walk in my city" category.
In addition, conditions have been created for students to absorb new technologies and familiarization with the gadgets that exist in our daily routine. In this way, the students of pre-school education will live in harmony with the new technologies and will be fully adapted to the changes of the external environment, gaining a competitive advantage in the market.
Proposals
1. Creation of an educational hour in public and private schools to explore new technologies in preschool education.
2. Use of robotic kits in preschool troubleshooting solution.
3. Activating students ' ability to implement new technologies in real-time conditions to make the results more effective for preschool students.
4. Promotion of imagination through artistic freedom for technology products and concepts that have the seal of destruction if they operate uncontrollably (eg artificial intelligence).
Conclusion
The era of interconnection has imposed the use of new technologies in our world with the aim of directly addressing everyday problems, displaying a fully competitive reality where information requires immediate assimilation and adaptation in every type of conditions for survival in the market. The best way to achieve this and to confront the technology as a companion and not as a substitute is through dynamic capabilities and by extension the absorptive capacity. The healthiest way to integrate people into this environment of new technologies and to activate dynamic competences is pre-school education as students adapt directly and store information that follows them and develops them in Throughout their lives.
