Is your business suddenly struggling?? (Hint it won't be suddenly)
Here are 3 things to look at:
Losing Money
The most basic area to check: Are your expenses exceeding your income? Or are they growing, eating into your profits, and hurting your cash flow? It is time to review all of your expenses and cut, reduce, or replace them until your cash flow improves.
Losing Customers
Are they seeking to exit early? Or do they just fade away? If so you need to reach out to them and find out what the problem is. Chances are your program/solution is no longer working as well as it did or you are delivering it with less care and passion…
Losing Visibility
Word of Mouth stopped working? That ‘killa’ Facebook is not performing anymore? Lead magnet become passé? Less visibility means your comms & marketing need an urgent review. Less visibility in your market means fewer clients.
Bottomline: Even the best of us can become a bit complacent. We stop working at being as relevant to our clients as we once were. It is not hard to arrest the slide –you just have to review what is going on and how you are working with your clients.
When was the last time you stepped back for a good look at what is happening in your business? If it is longer than 3 months ago now would be a good time…
