I'd like to share with you a tradition I've been doing since 2014 -- that is, to review my year through the lens of gratitude, growth, and goals.

GROWTH: What were the 5 key lessons you learned in 2023?
GOALS: What are your top 10 goals in 2024 in the following areas: Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness, and Finance (profession)?

GRATITUDE: What were your top 10 blessings or milestones in 2023?
1) Speaking engagement plus vacation in the Maldives
2) Delivered two TEDx talks
3) I became an adjunct faculty at the Asian Institute of Management
4) Family dates and vacations.
5) Friends. I am so blessed to have lots of real, close friends who were there for me especially when I was at my lowest.

GROWTH: What were the key lessons you learned in 2023 both from your blessings and challenges?
Even when things are hard, it is safe to relax. Everything is always working out for my highest good. God has my back all the time.
GOALS in 2024:
1) Go to Mass in person every day. (Faith)
2) Daily chats with my family. Go on vacations with them for at least 6x a year. (Family)
3) Meet with friends regularly, check in with them, and serve them. (Friends)
4) Take 10,000 steps daily. (Fitness)
5) B2B speaking engagements locally and globally. (Finance)
That's it!
You can block off one hour today to do this. It's very powerful.
I have done this every year since 2014 and posted it on my blog.
