How to retain your Employees and mitigate Employment turnover?

1- Provide minimum hygiene level for your employees in terms of required tools and assets needed to complete job tasks in a most pleasant way.
2- Offer your employees some perks like Insurance & free parking spot.
3- Discuss your Employees KPI's Periodically and make necessary evaluation, this will keep Employees more engaged in doing achievement and fulfilling their job tasks . Make sure that KPI's are based on performance, Efficiency & Effectiveness , not based on Attendance (People punch in / punch out and spend the day doing nothing , what are they good for ?)
4- Delegate tasks to your employees , it will make them feel they have something to achieve , and will be more engaged to deliver by respecting the constraints defined to complete certain tasks, this will break the routine & reduce the sense of de-motivation ( remember de-motivation is contagious )
5- Pay good , being cheap will ruin your company's reputation, Cheap is viral too , if you pay cheap , your employee will do cheap work , you will have a cheap product , your good clients will under value your product & Company, you will end up selling cheap clients , who in their turn will pay you cheap , so its a cheap blend, like the old saying " you have to invest the nine to get the ten".
6- Induce a reward program, Employees will love to have end of year or quarter bonus , and they will appreciate that definitely.
7- Share the pie , by offering shares of the company to your employees, it will make them feel as owners and will moral obligation to do their work properly( believe me even zero value dividends count).
