Ensure all communications, including your mission statement, visions, and values, reflect your commitment to inclusivity. This includes HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, advertisements, job descriptions, etc.

LEVEL UP YOUR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

Assure that all employees receive fair treatment when they are offered opportunities, such as advancement, training, or flexible working. You should acknowledge an employee with neurodiversity for a good job, even if it is something you would normally expect of them.
