How can your restaurant or cafe benefit from the trends in the UK attitude to food?
Do you have corporates, sports clubs or other large groups of people meeting near your restaurant or cafe? What are they into - vegan, grills, high protein, non alcoholic shakes or just your standard menu? Is your menu more a reflection of what you like or your customers?
Have you researched your market for lunch compared to dinner time. You can add so much more revenue by understanding what work, business or other group activities are local to you in the daytime and in the evening. This could give you a whole wider range of repeat customers.
With targeted marketing, you could have very busy periods for dining (incl hosting meetings) or delivery if you can tap into these places. This would really help the Monday to Thursday quiet periods - both lunch and evening.
