How to Resolve YOUR 5 Core Fears

In all our lives we encounter five core fears that can shape our perceptions and lead to worry, anxiety and stress.?
The reason that it is important for you to bring awareness and consciousness to this is that fear is the basis of all your anxiety, neurosis and suffering in life. ?
Never fear! You have within you what it takes to overcome these fears by embracing personal empowerment and taking control of your mind! Basically … it is time for you to take charge of your thoughts and be the boss of your life. ?
Fear, like all other emotions, is basically?information. It offers us knowledge and understanding—if we choose to accept it.?In my practice of Hypnotherapy, I have clients that ask me to get rid of say ‘Fear’, ‘Anxiety’ or ‘Anger’.?They look at these emotions as bad … please know … there are no bad emotions.?All emotions have vital functions to perform for our survival … whether that survival is physical or emotional. ?
What is bad is when we don’t stop and bring awareness to the say emotion and unconsciously stay stuck in it for a prolonged period of time. ?
Allow me now to illuminate these 5 fears out of which almost all of your other so-called fears are manufactured and guide you towards a kinder and more spiritual understanding.?
The first among these fears is extinction – the deep seated concern about ceasing to exist at all.?
It goes beyond just the idea of death and leads to a deep worry about not existing anymore.So many fear the end of life … questioning ‘Did I matter?’, ‘Will I be remembered?’, ‘Was I loved?’, ‘Did I make a difference?’
It goes beyond the thought of death and brings forth a deep concern about no longer existing: life is eternal and your essence transcends bodily limits.?
?The second on this list is mutilation – an apprehension about losing the integrity of your own precious physical form. It includes that sense of invasion when someone else violates your body’s boundaries causing harm to organs or natural functions.?
Fears such as these often arise from encounters with creatures like bugs, spiders or snakes and even more serious like being attacked or tortured …?but take heart for you have within you an innate inner strength that can shield and protect you.?
What most of us fail to acknowledge about ourselves is how resilient we truly are.?In the eye of any storm in your life, you will always rise as that ancient basic instinct to survive kicks in.?So trust yourself and I would even suggest that you find a difficult time in the past that you have overcome and create a phrase … Then each time you feel this fear, say to yourself … “I survived xxx, therefor I will survive this too.?I’ve got this!”
The third fear is the idea of losing your autonomy.?It can be frightening indeed because it brings up concerns about limitations and control beyond our capabilities. These fears may manifest as claustrophobia in physical spaces but they also extend outside those boundaries into social interaction and relationships. It is more typical when you are in a situation that you feel you have no control over or ‘have to’ be in when you would rather be or do something else.?It could be that you in a bad job and feel you can’t leave as you have a family to support or in a bad relationship but can’t see how to get out etc.??
But take heart! Remember that you have control over your life; you possess personal power that helps navigate even tumultuous currents. Taming this fear is all about you raising your awareness and start to change the way you see life, yourself and the option that are available to you.?You can change your circumstances and it all starts with you.

The fourth core fear is separation anxiety – think of how devastating it feels when you experience rejection or abandonment! Even receiving silence from others causes immense pain as you feel disconnected from them entirely. But know this: You are valued in this world and feeling that starts with you seeing and feeling your value within yourself!?
You're an important piece integral part integrated into the universe surrounded by boundless divine love. You are here for a reason and with a purpose … so even if you haven’t quite found that reason, start with just believing that you matter in this world.?
Lastly, there is a deep-rooted fear known as ego-death – where one experiences humiliation or shame so profound it threatens their sense of self-worth completely shaken extending beyond recovery. Let us always remember not to measure our worth based on external judgments - what others think of you … is non of your business.?When you eliminate from your mind the competition and seek to improve yourself on a day to day basis … you will flourish, grow and expand. ?You possess inherent greatness as a divine being, deserving of all good things in this world.?
While fear may often be interpreted negatively as a sign of weakness or vulnerability it may also offer valuable insights for growth and transformation if approached from a place of curiosity rather than resistance.?
By recognising the five core fears underlying other perceived fears within yourself, you can take steps towards transcendence through our inner power and spiritual connection.?
It is only when you are faced with adversity, suffering and strife that you are forced to stop, take a step back and look for understanding and resolve.?It is in these moments that you are gifted the opportunity to bring awareness to beliefs, paradigms and values that no longer serve you. ?
As President Franklin Roosevelt famously stated "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."?
When living in constant dread of fearful experiences it restricts personal growth opportunities - instead use these moments as guides towards self actualisation and empowerment.?
Remember that you possess within yourself everything you need to overcome any challenge on your journey toward infinite possibilities ahead.

1 年Amazing article, loved every word! I’ve faced the most difficult and challenging circumstances (disability by chronic illness with no mortgage insurance, sick pay or immediate family to help). I’ve gone through, faced, experienced and triumphed over all of this. All of which started from a newfound belief “I matter” - of which you even make mention of that in here.
