How to resolve stubborn problems (in business and life) - Part 1 - The concept

For the last 4 years, www.galaxiez.com has been resolving stubborn problems for our clients. Whether it is a business strategy, resolving the performance of the business, improving safety, or improving production efficiency, Galaxies uses unique approaches that manage to succeed where others struggle. This approach can help you in your business and personal life. Therefore, this post and the following ones will try to explain the approach.
In our business and private lives, we all encounter stubborn problems. Problems that, regardless of the effort to resolve them, don't go away. It could be reducing safety to a certain level in a business setting or reducing one weight.
Why?
The answer is a simple, brutal one. We are not using the right tools to resolve those issues; therefore, we might fix a symptom but not the root cause.?
We all agree that we deal more with complexity but prefer simplifying our problems into linear processes and thinking. We like to see reality as a sequence of events that impact one another. When dealing with a linear process, fixing a problematic part of the process resolves the underlying problem. Since we simplify complexity to linearity, we believe the same rule applies to complex issues. Well, It's not! This approach creates stubborn problems.
Linear processes do not create complex problems. Continuously changing queues that interact and impact each other non-linearly end up with complexity. Complex systems behave entirely differently from linear processes. Hence, they require different approaches to understand and resolve root causes.
For example, I can create a set of actions and decision points (a process) to describe maintaining safety on a production line or what one needs to do to keep his weight at a certain level. But, although these processes look logical, they will fail us. They fail because they need to include crucial queues that impact the results. Can we understand safety without stress levels or maintaining weight without paying attention to anxiety levels?
To take it one step further. We can understand complex scenarios by focusing on the crucial queues and how they impact each other. With queues, we can know what we are dealing with, what causes it, how to resolve it, and the progress and side effects.

Focus on what changes in a system (queues) rather than what you do to impact what changes (tasks, decision-making, etc.).
