HOW TO RESOLVE SIC CODE ERROR

SIC Code not updating for employees on Sage 300 People.

Error of Invalid SIC Code when doing a Mid Year or Tax Year End Submission.

Resolution

If the Company Rule has been updated with a valid SIC Code

And the SIC Code has been updated to the employees

Option 1:

• Rebulid the Tax Monthly Totals per Month to update the SIC Code

If the issue is still not resolved.

Option 2:

• This means that the SIC Code could have been updated under Parameters then an ETI Take On should be done.
