How to resolve Dataset related errors in SSRS web portal ??

Recently one of my development team submitted a ticket to troubleshoot SSRS issue. The error that they are receiving is "Sub report cannot be shown". Where as If i run the report,it is working fine.

I checked the privileges of user group and they are given as content manager like DBA group and they should be able to run reports like us.

I asked them to delete cookies in the browser to see if that helps. Error remains same again.

I checked the logs in SSRS root directory for the timing user is querying the report and found the procedure invoking one of the linked server in SQL Server

Finally i come to know the user group is having issue since they don't have permissions on the oracle folder where the linked server providers installed and i had to fix it get it worked.

It resolved the error.
