A good mate of more than 20 Years said to me 3 months ago I am the most resilient person he has ever met. This meant so much to me, one because he is a very successful Lawyer and second because it made me look at myself and what he meant. I just have a knowingness a confidence in myself, to keep getting up and putting one foot in front of the other even when I struggle with depressed thoughts I know they will pass 8-) and i will get there. Keep Going everybody your Dream is all most here.
