  • Leverage content to showcase expertise. Executives who successfully monetize their knowledge do so by teaching first, selling second. Share your insights through LinkedIn, podcasts, articles, and speaking engagements. This builds trust and positions you as a leader in your field.
  • Create demand, not just visibility. Authority alone won’t pay the bills—you need a business model that turns attention into revenue. High-level consulting, masterminds, and advisory roles are some of the fastest paths to monetization when positioned correctly.

Step 3: Monetize Your Knowledge at a High Level

Now that your expertise is positioned for demand, it’s time to replace your executive salary with strategic monetization.

  • Charge what your knowledge is worth. In my coaching, I train leaders to command premium prices because high-level expertise demands high-level compensation. If companies once paid you six or seven figures for your leadership, why would you settle for less on your own terms?
