How to Be Relentlessly Lazy AND Successful

How to Be Relentlessly Lazy AND Successful

I hope you’re as lazy as I am.

Which I’ll admit is a very strange thing to say.

Because at first glance, “laziness” is the very antithesis of what being an entrepreneur is all about.

But as you’ll learn in today’s video, it’s actually the opposite that’s true.

Because when used strategically, being relentlessly lazy is one of the most powerful traits an entrepreneur can have.

Being lazy forces you to:

Be ruthless in abandoning low value-tasks
Surround yourself with the support you need
Carefully examine where and how you spend every minute in your business.

In short, laziness is the precursor to leverage.

And in today’s video, I show you a simple 3-Step Framework you can use to turn your laziness (admit it, it’s lurking within) into the type of leverage that leads to BIG outcomes.

Now I know that even with the framework above, these aren’t exactly the easiest decisions to make.

As entrepreneurs, we naturally want to “touch” every aspect of our business.

And personally, it took me over a DECADE of being a mailroom martyr (0:30 to see what I’m talkin’ about)… before realizing that no millionaire was ever made in the mailroom.

But if you really want to level up as a founder, then I can’t emphasize enough how important it is you begin to cultivate strategic laziness.

To slash through the low-value tasks that barely move the needle… and instead free up your time and focus to tend to the activities that lead to BIG breakthroughs.

So where will you start?

What low-value activities are currently pulling you out of your zone of genius…

… and how do you plan to shovel them off to free up time?

Leave a comment below and let me know.

To your laziness (and the insane leverage it creates),
