HOW RELATIONSHIPS DISCLOSE YOUR POWER

You may have heard my latest podcast (WunderWisdom – Podcast #6) with Scott, and if you did, I hope you felt what we were talking about – the heart connection that is real between people.
The experience of that is moving, endless and potent. Imagine having the skill to create a wholeness within yourself (for better health, happiness, and joy) and with all others with whom you live, work and meet? And I don’t mean once or twice, by accident.
What I am talking about is a purposeful and palpable feeling that is generated among people working together on a common goal, over time.
This is not an empty platitude but a real and true promise. The whole premise of life is that it is ours to create. We are at the heart of everything we experience in life. The concept of relationship is about the quality of the connection with all.
Relationship is the interconnective tissue that is all life. It is the answer of how we respond to each thing we encounter. This encompasses people, situations, and all things.
The quality of our relationships reveals the mastery we have developed over ourselves – we get what we give. Life and all who live it around us responds to who we are – the quality of our vibration. In other words – we attract where we are.
All relationships are holy because it is within relationship that our “being” is found, interacted with, and known. Our “being” sounds like a metaphysical term but it denotes all that we are. We exist in many facets and that is something that has come to be more accepted in today’s world. For simplicity’s sake, we have mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual capacities that operate all the time.
Most people operate without any knowledge that life responds to who we are every minute. Imagine the world we could experience if more people took better control of how they were showing up?
It is crucial that we accept that we are constantly putting out the tenor of our “being” to others. Being in the dark about what we are putting out can be our undoing. People pick up what we are laying down All. Day. Long.
In other words, those who are powerful have realized their relationship to their own power. However, this has nothing to do with fame or fortune. Force is wielded every day by those in the dark. The result is the suffering of others.
True power has its basis in love. When we feel the union and wholeness with some, it is a beautiful experience. And it makes us want to keep creating that feeling.
We get lulled into feeling that we can only have that with some we know (presumably those close to us) and only some of the time (depending on some random occurrence that smiles on us occasionally). Both of those are false premises.

This is a wider concept than you might believe. This is your world and your experience. You must believe that you are its creator and powerful in your relationship to it. Your power is truly endless.
If you do not make real your power, you will experience yourself as powerless. If you experience your “being” as powerless, you are negating much of life.
Your relationships will disclose your power. Look everywhere – work, friends, lovers, money, yourself- and you will see where you need some work.
This is not little stuff! We all have the potential to create more of what we want – the harmonious interactions with everyone we meet (those close to us and those who we meet even for a short time), the work goals we have set for ourselves, the financial security we long for, and the beautiful experiences we imagine – all of it.
The results will be more elegant and perfect than you can imagine.
The starting point is to ask yourself, “What am I feeding the field?”
